Ilie Bolojan signed the following decrees on Tuesday, March 18, 2025:

• Decree for the release of Mr. Constantin Ionescu from the position of State Adviser, at his request;
• Decree for the appointment of Mr. Florin Lazăr Vlădică as State Adviser, who will work within the National Security Department and will serve as the Director of the Integrated Information Office.

Additionally, starting from March 20, 2025, Dacian Julien Cioloș will be appointed as Honorary Adviser to the President of Romania, with the responsibility of being involved in the coordination and monitoring activities of Romania’s strategic partnership implementation.

The National Security Department is a specialized structure within the Presidential Administration, dedicated to ensuring that the President of Romania fulfills the constitutional responsibilities in the areas of national defense and national security.

The Integrated Information Office, established in 2005 by CSAT Decision No. 146/2005, is coordinated by a State Adviser from the National Security Department of the Presidential Administration, who serves as the director. The head of the Office contributes to the fulfillment of the National Security Department’s tasks by coordinating the activities of the Integrated Information Office in the following areas:

• Planning the information needs for national security through the National Information Priorities Plan;
• Producing integrated analytical products for legal beneficiaries based on the information provided by the components of the National Intelligence Community.
