He was another person that I was seeing. I exited that system and realized that Romanians were being lied to. And he had a completely fraudulent campaign. Meanwhile, there are some Romanians who work at TikTok in London, at the headquarters. I called them and told them: if you want to do something for your country, now is the time to do something for your country, reveal how many fake accounts there were. I called these Romanians for three days, constantly, and they were telling me how to send the report to China, I needed the link, those at the top helped us with two or three links, I sent them, and it became public how many fake accounts there were.

Last week I was at TikTok in London, and the most serious thing I consider is that these Romanians were completely defrauded. The real number of fake accounts was 300,000 accounts, this is information confirmed to me by TikTok. I don’t know whether it will become public or not, but I’m saying it — this campaign was fraudulent with a target audience. Whoever spoke to them was a fake account, not a real person. It was such a fraudulent thing, there was a robot there. The moment I saw these real things about him, I posted on my Instagram that I am a public person and I have a voice, whether or not.”

The Romanian woman also recounted what she was looking for in Davos and referred to the sexual scandals there, which the press reported on: “I am passionate about international politics, I have been to Davos three times so far and I like it. Recruited at 22 by Ioan Neculaie’s madams

At 22, Romina was earning money in the world of perversion. According to prosecutors’ documents, in 2014 the current lady from the refined world of the wealthy was recruited by one of Ioan Neculaie’s madams and taken to Brașov to satisfy the businessman in exchange for 4,000 lei. Romina acknowledged that she continued to have sexual relations with Neculaie and, subsequently, in exchange for sums ranging between 3,500 and 3,800 lei.

“I never looked at money; I look at money as something relative. I can live on 50 euros, 500 euros or 5 million,” she emphasized.

When she understood how things worked, she transformed from a sex services provider into a madam. She began recruiting girls eager for promotion and placing them with various businessmen, keeping a commission from the business.

Sexgate, as the prostitution-with-celebrities case was called, is astonishing and reveals shocking details about the woman who presented herself as a lady of high society. According to public documents in the case file, Romina Gingașu’s photograph was sent to businessman Ioan Neculaie by one of his madams.

DUMITRU MIRELA ALEXANDRA: Did you receive them?
NECULAIE IOAN: Yes. This one is more of a vamp type, more of a naughty one! I’d say… come tomorrow with this one, we’ll talk tomorrow around 11, you leave and then dressed with the other one, because she seems very long-legged, she looks good on her legs!

After Neculaie gave his approval, the madam prepared the future Mrs. Ferrari.

Summoned to give statements after these wiretaps, Romina Gingașu acknowledged that at the end of November 2014 her friend proposed introducing her to Neculaie Ion, as he was interested in her (we illustrate with page 75 of the indictment). She agreed and they traveled together in a car driven by her friend to Neculaie’s residence in Brașov, where she had sexual relations with the businessman in exchange for 4,000 lei, while her friend received 2,000 lei for arranging the meeting.

Subsequently, she again engaged in sexual acts with Ioan Neculaie in exchange for various sums of money ranging between 3,500 and 3,800 lei. The witness Gingașu Romina also mentioned that she was warned by her friend that she would be summoned by the police authorities and to be careful what she declared, and she replied that she would tell the truth.

Exposed by her friend

According to statements given by Romina’s friend of four years, Mirela Dumitru, the girls actually passed millionaires among themselves. Thus, according to the indictment, Dumitru Mirela declared that before introducing Gingașu Romina to Ioan Neculaie, the latter had introduced her to a man named Filip Schwartz, with whom she had sexual relations and who gave her 200 euros; however, she only kept the equivalent of the fuel costs. She also knew that Gingașu Romina received a commission from Filip Schwartz each time she introduced him to a girl for the same purpose for which she herself had been introduced.

Meeting the octogenarian billionaire husband

Even if she did not make a fortune from pressured labor, the experience helped Romina from Călărași get her hands on the filthy rich octogenarian Italian.

The Romanian woman sold the public a modern Cinderella story. Thus, she met the Italian while trying to sell him a luxury aircraft. On the occasion of their 9-year relationship anniversary, he bought Romina Gingașu a private jet worth 32 million euros, a Bombardier Challenger 3500, one of the most refined and high-performance private aircraft available, a symbol of luxury and absolute comfort. The aircraft will be delivered this year to coincide with the anniversary of their relationship, according to people close to the couple.

The recent scandal and revelations about Romina’s past could now strip her of the status she obtained with such eagerness and she could become, like the others, a former. The girl from Călărași who became a luxury lady in Italy has been at the center of several scandals in recent years, meanwhile becoming a real estate market speculator, as she herself admits, namely that she purchases at strategic market moments. She conducts real estate transactions in the luxury area of the Capital, the Floreasca neighborhood, the Northern area — at one point, 10 million euros summed up all the movements in her portfolio over a short period.

“I was not born at the Vatican, I am a woman from the countryside, raised without parents. It is clear that over time I have changed and built myself; I don’t have to thank anyone, only my husband, who made me financially independent, the rest can comment, that’s Romania,” Romina Gingașu declared in the past.
